San Francisco’s teenage punk provocateurs 11th Hour return with ‘Bunk Bed Fred’, a fierce, gut-punch of a single chronicling a friend’s descent into addiction and exile.

Formed in 2020 while still in middle school, the band came of age as their city shut down around them. With schools shuttered and streets overrun by crisis, their sound emerged jagged and urgent, a soundtrack to the end of innocence.

‘Bunk Bed Fred’ is their most emotionally cutting release yet: raw guitars, unfiltered vocals, and a sense of spiralling catharsis that captures both the fury and fragility of youth. It’s punk with a pulse and a purpose.
