6. The Greatest Hits (2012)
“Amazing collection of fantastic songs. Can’t recommend highly enough. Have quickly become one of my favourite bands ever & I only discovered them in 2015.”
5. Seventgeen Days (2005)
“I skipped this for some reason back in 2005 and just bought it after seeing them live again for the 3rd time. It’s a must-have for any 3DD fan. It has slower songs then I’d like however they do rock and have good riffs. Kinda like 18 and Life is a slower song but still rocks!”
4. 3 Doors Down (2008)
“I’ve listened to everything 3 Doors Down has put out, starting from the first time “Kryptonite” played on the radio… and even for someone whose song with his wife is “Here Without You” (I’m a soldier, and that song touches me very deeply whenever I’m deployed), this album managed to impress me. A few songs, including “Citizen/Soldier”, literally send chills through me in a way I haven’t felt since I first bought “Away From the Sun”.

3. Time of My Life (2011)
“I love this band, so anything they do will get my attention – They’ve not disappointed with this album either – It has all the magic that 3 Doors Down regularly deliver & it still has that driving power & lyric fest that always woos me….Even if you just buy this & take a chance on it, you wil not be wasting your money – 3 Doors Down cannot do wrong–it will grow on you & you will find yourself hooked;)”
2. The Better Life (2000)
“My favorite song on this CD has to be “Duck and Run”. I like to joke to my family and friends about being able to do obnoxious things in public because “I’m an American” and “it’s a free country”. Case in point, “Duck and Run” brings a smile to my face for that reason. The rest of the album is also superb. It’s a successful way to start a rock and roll career and I couldn’t be happier for them.”
1. Away from the Sun (2002)
“Away From the Sun gives hope to the fact that there is still some quality music being produced that isn’t prepackaged crapola. 3 Doors Down turn out a very heartfelt album here steeped in their trademark guitar riffs, bending harmonies and somber thoughtful lyrics that make you want to sing along !! 3DD definitely avoids the sophomoric jinx with tunes like “Here Without You”, “Running Out of Days”, “Away from the Sun” and of course the tune that has become an anthem for our troops overseas “When I’m Gone” !! I haven’t been this jazzed about a “southern” rock band since Drivin’ & Cryin’…and these guys have the same energy, their own distinctive sound, and tremendous musicianship!! These guys belt out high-quality rock that carries a distinctive sound that you can be proud to have in your collection.”
Very interesting topic , appreciate it for putting up.
