Allapartus unveil euphoric new single ‘Choice’

NYC-based alt-rock band Allapartus return with their boldest release yet, unveiling their new single “Choice”alongside a new 35mm film music video, directed by Tom Van Scoyoc. Rooted in the raw energy of the New York punk scene, Allapartus—comprised of Adam Woodley (vocals), Danny Caro (drums), Kevin Dubois (bass), and a rotating collective of collaborators—create music that balances delicate atmosphere with untethered catharsis.

With ‘Choice’, the band confronts the shifting definition of “freedom” in a post-Roe v. Wade America, exploring the real-world impact of changing policies on working-class communities. The track is a call to reflection, rebellion, and resilience, wrapped in ferocious alt-rock instrumentation.

The new music video embraces Allapartus’ DIY roots, but visually nods to the glossy, televised pop-punk era of the early 2000s. The band describes it as an invitation to revisit the joy once found in teenage angst, to revel in the face of current injustice, and to imagine a better future—one where autonomy and choice remain fundamental rights.
