The original 2012 eight-member line-up included: Choa, Jimin, Yuna, Youkyung, Hyejeong, Mina, Seolhyun and Chanmi. Youkyung left the group in 2016, while Choa left in 2017 due to mental health reasons, followed by Mina in 2019 to pursue her acting career, and Jimin in 2020 due to bullying allegations. Yuna left in 2021 after her contract expired. The group currently consists of Hyejeong, Seolhyun and Chanmi. Following a series of consistent success, AOA debuted a second promotional unit, AOA Cream, in 2016. The group would later release their first Korean language studio album in January 2017, and a few months later, held their first headlining Korean concert “Ace Of Angels” at Olympic Hall in Seoul. Among the groups’ biggest hits are “Miniskirt”, “Short Hair”, “Like a Cat”, “Heart Attack”, “Give Me the Love”, “Good Luck”, “Excuse Me” and “Bingle Bangle”. Here are all of AOA albums ranked.

5. Bingle Bangle
“AOA’s the one girl group I will forever stan because they’re just so unique. They can definitely pull off cute and sexy concepts. I believe this was their first cute concept comeback and I was nervous at first but they did “Bingle Bangle” so well.”
4. Angel’s Knock
“A good album and the last with their former Main Vocal Park Cho-a. Choa was a really good singer, just check out her solo performance videos online. All the songs on this album are good, except perhaps “Lily”. “Excuse Me” and “Bing Bing” are the singles from this album. “Excuse Me” charted higher than “Bing Bing”, but I think “Bing Bing” is a stronger song. It has a down and dirty feel to it and is pretty funky for K-Pop.”
3. New Moon
“Every song on this is good. I’m a little surprised given the tough time they’ve had with losing members, but these ladies are killing it. Love this album. I love how lowkey they are as a group but still very powerful and charismatic”
2. Ace Of Angels
“This was such a gooooooooood theme for them but I will always be surprised they didn’t give super seductive roles to Seolhyun or Hyejeong. imo Hyejeong was always the most naturally seductive of them all. And now we live in the depressing timeline where we’ll never see them all together again to do more stuff like this”
1. Runway
“Wow War Tonight didnt satisfy a lot of fans due to its lack of variety, low energy as a title track etc but If you separate the song from the music video(which was terrible),Im positive you’ll enjoy the song thanks to their beautiful vocals,I find it very soothing to listen to,think its a pretty decent song overall even thought its not on par with the levels of other titles.”
