10. Blood, Sweat, & Tears (Blood, Sweat, & Tears, 2019)
“The only slow pop song that she has which didn’t make it to the album. Kinda sad cos this song is well composed. I think I’m in love with the song. What a masterpiece!”
9. Who’s Laughing Now (Heaven & Hell, 2020)
“One of the final singles to be released off this album and the second track from the “Hell” section. It is just a typical empowerment anthem like the many of the other tracks and at by this point, it is just boring. The production has the smashing drum beat, whistle notes, and slight edges of acoustic guitar but it all rounds out as very familiar and boring like the lyrical meaning.”
8. Anyone But You (Anyone But You, 2016)
“Her voice is so angelic, one song you don’t even think it’s her but then the next song it’s like who this is. I’m obsessed with her and it would be everything to meet her!”
7. Torn (Heaven & Hell, 2020)
“I think that this song is one of the standout songs in this album. This song has huge hooks, memorable melodies, and the sharp beat makes for very good and catchy production. It is very interesting that this song is actually a prime inspiration to the album’s title because it was a single and the lyrical meaning speaks to the title very well since it is about being torn on someone.”
6. Not Your Barbie Girl (Not Your Barbie Girl, 2018)
“What she meant about Barbie was she used this as a figurative sense that “she is not a property” by another person. “she’s being her own property” and no one else owns her. What an anthem!”
5. My Way (My Way, 2018)
“I absolutely adore Ava Max she is for one beautiful and she is very talented! She inspires me to be myself and go my way. Not to mention the fact that she makes the most amazing songs!”
4. Kings & Queens (Heaven & Hell, 2020)
“This is one of the bunch of singles from this album that was released in 2020. This song is mainly an empowerment anthem lyrically in which it is about kings treating queens with respect with roaring vocals in the chorus and a straightforward drumbeat in the production and the production definitely suits the subject matter of the song since the roaring vocals in the chorus scream empowerment. The bridge offers a contrast to the rest of the song because the production features an electric guitar loop and a melodic and dreamy atmosphere to it which helps this song successfully shift its tone from aggressively powerful, upbeat, and energetic to minimal and calm.”

3. Salt (Heaven & Hell, 2020)
“This song is the second to last song from the album tracklist and it is placed right next to the lead single “Sweet But Psycho” in which the latter is the last song from the album tracklist. This song is another god-dang empowerment song from the album. The lyrics are about running out of tears and not crying about it and giving in to someone. The production is violin instrumentation in the intro followed by a simplistic beat and it is okay but pretty boring since many of the songs from this album had similar instrumentals. “
2. So Am I (Heaven & Hell, 2020)
“This is such a good song because it’s telling you that it’s okay to be different. Personally, this is a very touching song. The track is about just embracing where you come from and loving yourself and all of your flaws because your flaws make you perfect at the end of the day.”
1. Sweet but Psycho (Heaven & Hell, 2020)
“This is the lead single off this album and it is surprisingly placed last on the album tracklist. It got released over 2 years ago and I never thought that this song will end up in this album considering the time gap between the release of this single to the release of this album being absolutely and insanely long. The poppy beat in this song is instantly catchy and the electronic breakdown in the bridge makes for a fresh-sounding pop song. The lyrics are very straightforward and it is about being sweet but psycho but I don’t mind that the lyrics are basic since this song was meant and a perfect example of being a perfectly crafted pop song and radio hit. “
