Beast Beast deliver their swaggering new single ‘Turning To’

Swedish band Beast Beast return with ‘Turning To’, the second single from their forthcoming album ‘B&B’, due later this spring. The track channels a raw, kinetic energy that nods to classic rock influences like The Kinks while weaving in moody vocal harmonies and a swaggering walking bassline.

Following on from their recent single ‘Checking Out’, ‘Turning To’ dives into the messy aftermath of poor choices—when one bad decision leads to another, and the only refuge is returning to someone you know you shouldn’t. “It’s about the spiral,” the band says. “That moment when, even if it’s toxic, you reach out to someone familiar just to feel saved. Again.”

Formed in 2020 by Gustav Cederberg and Mikael Landén, Beast Beast blur the lines between 70s rock, jazz, and soul to craft music that’s emotionally honest and stylistically unbound. With ‘B&B’ on the horizon, ‘Turning To’ is a gritty, groovy teaser of what’s to come—a track that captures the chaos of regret and the comfort of the familiar, all in one punchy package.
