Swapping out the explosive pop-punk energy for a breezy surf-rock aesthetic, his rendition of ‘Josie’ makes for a wonderfully warm and enjoyable listen. With its shimmering textures and lofty atmosphere layered throughout, he is certainly looking to turn some heads with this one.
