“I’m a fan of George Ezra’s voice, and this is a nice, summer-y pop album. Nothing special, but it’s got some fun, unassuming tunes for when you just need a little feel-good music. “Pretty Shining People” is one of my favorite tracks. It’s a sing-along-able pop anthem designed to make you smile. My other favorite is “Hold My Girl”, which is in a different vein – much softer and more thoughtful, showcasing Ezra’s voice better than some of the more upbeat tracks.”

1. Wanted On Voyage, 2014

“The first thing I have to say is that when I first heard this guy singing his single “Budapest” on the radio was that to me he sounded like a middle aged black man. What a shock then that when I checked out his album, there on the cover standing tall amongst the crowd was a young white dude! The rest of the album has more catchy songs sung in a similar vein by THAT voice, an unusual one, that is certainly much more mature than his years. I think on the strength of this album George Ezra has a very promising future.”
