(G)I-DLE Albums Ranked
(G)I-dle (Korean: (여자)아이들; RR: Yeoja Aideul), stylized in all caps, is a South Korean girl group formed by Cube Entertainment in 2018. The group consists of five members: Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi and Shuhua. Originally a sextet, Soojin left the lineup on August 14, 2021. (G)I-dle debuted on May 2, 2018, with the single “Latata” from their first extended play (EP) I Am. They debuted in Japan under U-Cube with Latata on July 31, 2019. Unlike most K-pop girl groups, (G)I-dle are directly involved in the creation of their music; in particular, Soyeon has helped write and produce a majority of the group’s songs, and Minnie and Yuqi have also co-written numerous album tracks. Dubbed “monster rookies” of 2018, (G)I-dle have since been considered one of the most successful South Korean girl groups from outside of the “big three” record labels. Here are all of (G)I-DLE albums ranked.

4. I Trust
“Ten-to-one you’ve already got the album digitally, but buy this for the photobook, photos, and posters. It supports our girls and they’re pretty neat. I will say that the photos are completely random, not just in terms of it being random members, but also eras. So expect to see pictures from Dumdi Dumdi, latata, and so on here. Yes, even eras after Oh My God. It’s all fine, sometimes the members even have a little messages written on the pics (which I can’t read). It’s just something we can do to have a little more (G)I-DLE in our lives.”
3. I Never Die
“This was honestly quite an interesting an great album. The vocals were pretty awesome through most of it, and the rapping was also really good. The only song I didn’t love was the opener, Tomboy but it was still pretty good. The rest of the songs were amazing, Polaroid being my favorite. Every once in a while, only a handful of times across the album, a guitar riff would play that actually sounded like rock, which was a cool addition but sounded out of place obviously. I think this was the first K-pop album I’ve heard with female vocals, so it was a great start.”
2. I Made
“Not as good an effort as their debut album, but still a fine effort. Photobook was lovely, however the flat colors of the poster were not to my taste. I would recommend this to Kpop fans.”
1. Dumdi Dumdi
“I really love everything about this comeback. The choreography, the song, the singing, the music video, the props, you name it. The girls are extremely talented and are able to bring this song to life. Highly recommend it to everyone.”
