Glazed Curtains confront self-doubt with new single ‘I Still Hate Myself (Maybe)’

Austrian rock outfit Glazed Curtains drop their most confessional track to date with ‘I Still Hate Myself (Maybe)’, a raw, riff-driven anthem that embraces the messy, grey-space of mental health and self-image. The single coincides with their release show in Brno and marks a bold new chapter for the rising alt-rockers.

Mixed by Pete Hutchings (Royal Blood, Foals), the track balances gritty, modern rock dynamics with a lyrical core that doesn’t flinch from emotional honesty. Drawing sonic comparisons to cleopatrick and Badflower, the band channels spiralling doubt into something cathartic and powerful.

“It’s for those who smile through the spiral,” the band says. “This song is a reminder that opening up isn’t weakness—it’s strength.”
