Ive (Korean: 아이브; stylized as IVE) is a South Korean girl group formed by Starship Entertainment. The group is composed of six members: Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Wonyoung, Liz and Leeseo. They made their debut on December 1, 2021 with the single album Eleven. The group was dubbed as “Global Super Rookie” and has solidified their position as “4th Generation Representative Girl Group” due to their continuous presence in local and domestic charts. The group’s name, Ive, is a contraction for “I have”. It alludes to the idea of confidently showing what “I have” to the audience. Instead of telling the story of a growing girl group, Ive will try to portray a “complete girl group” from the start. Here are all of IVE songs ranked.

4. Eleven (Eleven, 2021)

““ELEVEN” goes for the girl crush concept and adds middle-eastern instruments and melody to it (in kind of the same way TRI.BE adds Latin’s elements to their girl crush songs as well). It works at the beginning and takes you into it until the build-up created by a nice pre-chorus, I enjoy the way the last phrase slows down and creates tension right before the chorus.”

3. Take It (Eleven, 2021)

“Here again with “Take It”, we stay with this classic “rookie girl crush class of 2021″ sound. It has the thick synth, the high-pitched plucks, the dark bass and the trap beat, but not so much originality. Hopefully, they serve us some great vocals and the song isn’t that obnoxious itself, it’s not that the song is straight-up bad, but more that this sound isn’t that original anymore.”
