7. Gravity (1985)
“Released in 1985, “Gravity” was Kenny G.’s second !and final) album to be produced by the great Kashif. Like its immediate predecessor (1983’s “G Force”), “Gravity” offers a nice mix of uptempo Jazz-Funk, mainstream R&B and Jazz Fusion. While neither “G Force” nor “Gravity” set the world on fire they were much better albums on all counts than any of Kenny G.’s subsequent releases.”
6. The Moment (1996)
“”The Moment” is a thought-provoking slow love tune that sounds quite sad. “Passages” is a bit faster and more happier. “Havana” cheats you at the beginning for it being a slow melody, but then a minute and seconds later, it’s a danceable number, but “Gettin’ On The Step” is less danceable although cheerful. “Always” is another slow melody. “The Champion’s Theme” is the best song on this album, although it brings a bit of a melancholy feeling.”

5. Greatest Hits (1997)
“This album is an absolute must for fans such as me; it has all the great hits including some powerful duets. Kenny has mastered his craft and I am puzzled by those who don’t like it. I am certain that 99% of them haven’t even heard Kenny G but allow peer pressure to dictate their tastes. The same herd mentality that buys the drivel from the American Idol winner, many of whom, umm, are not good (to be polite.)”
4. Miracles: The Holiday Album (1994)
“I don’t care how cheesy some think Kenny G may be, or Christmas music for that matter: I don’t care! This is my most favorite holiday album, and has been my favorite for years. My favorite track is his rendition of “The Little Drummer Boy.” I highly suggest this album, it’s beautiful.”
3. Duotones (1986)
“Kenny G’s first cd is a strong debut.. Very good instrumental covers of ‘Mercy, Mercy, Mercy’ and ‘I Can’t tell You Why’, way before they started calling what Kenny, Jeff Lorber, George Howard, Grover Washington Jr..& many others ‘Smooth Jazz’ Kenny’s early efforts had a more R&B groove and harder sound that he would stay with for the next two projects.”

2. Breathless (2011)
“The cd “Breathless” is accurately named because it does “take your breath away”. The music arrangement and the way Kenny G plays with such passion and heart, it moves you. This cd can be used to set the atmosphere for whatever you want: whether you want something nice to drift off to sleep, relaxing while driving or a truly romantic night with your love, it delivers. Awesomely delivers. I salute the musician, he nailed it with that soprano sax.”
1. Silhouette (1988)
“Tunes form Kenny G’s saxophone flow along with the wonderful vocalists; including Kenny G. In my opinion, I am found of “I’ll Be Alright”, “We’ve saved the Best for Last”, and “Silhouette, because they help me relax after a hard day at work. The remaining tracks flow together sequentially in moods either being relaxing or “jazzed up”. Other times I just listen to this album, because it makes feel good inside. Kenny G captures your ears with his soothing tunes. Especially relaxing for anyone who is feeling stressed or feeling down. I highly recommend this CD to listeners who enjoy smooth jazz, classical, &/or easy listening.”
