Leatherette unveil haunting new single ‘Hey There’ from upcoming album Ritmo Lento

Bologna-based five-piece Leatherette return with ‘Hey There’, a fragile, dreamlike cut from their forthcoming third album Ritmo Lento, out 28th November via Bronson Recordings.

A stark shift toward minimalism, ‘Hey There’ strips the band’s sound down to its emotional core, pairing a languid bassline with whispered vocals, acoustic guitar, and bursts of saxophone. What begins as delicate introspection builds into a hypnotic crescendo, suspended in a haze of melancholy and resistance.

Following the bold energy of lead single ‘Lovers Drifters Foreigners’, ‘Hey There’ reveals the other side of Ritmo Lento, a record that explores stillness, obsession, and the poetry of contradiction.
