Man of a Thousand Faces release powerful new single ‘Doomsday Clock’

Australian rock band Man of a Thousand Faces have unveiled their third single ‘Doomsday Clock’, a brooding and dynamic track that delves into profound themes of mental health and resilience.

‘Doomsday Clock’ was inspired by the tragic loss of several friends to suicide and the personal struggles of the band’s lead vocalist during a dark period. Despite its ominous rock ‘n’ roll vibe, the track hides a surprisingly uplifting message beneath its raw and intense surface.

“I wanted the song to sound like an ominous rock ‘n’ roll threat—dark, foreboding, wild, and manic,” shares the band. “But at its core, it’s quite the opposite. Doomsday Clock doesn’t represent death or suicide; it represents the time we have left until death. Life is short—too short to end it yourself. This song is about refusing to cut your time short, embracing life despite its difficulties, and pushing forward with a defiant spirit.”
