Matted unleash fiery third single ‘Gaslight’

The UK’s next-gen hard rock outfit Matted return with a bang, releasing their explosive third single ‘Gaslight’, a snarling, riff-driven anthem that fuses grunge grit with nu-metal swagger and melodic precision.

Following on from ‘Material’ and ‘Flowers and Chains’, ‘Gaslight’ dials up the intensity. The band’s trademark blend of big hooks, thunderous drums, and cheeky irreverence has never sounded sharper. Produced by Harry Judd and Danny Jones (McFly) and mixed by Lewis Johns, the track shows Matted hitting their stride with full force.

Since their 2024 launch, Matted have scorched stages at Download Festival, Call of the Wild, and Planet Rockstock, while opening for Crashface, Armored Saint, and Von Hertzen Brothers. Their momentum has earned them spins on Kerrang! Radio, BBC Introducing, and Total Rock, with Kerrang! naming them a finalist in The Deal 2025 competition.
