Myriads share dreamy new single ‘Call It Quits’ from upcoming EP ‘Find Ourselves Again’
Portland-based dream pop outfit Myriads have released their latest single ‘Call It Quits’, a gorgeously atmospheric breakup song lifted from their forthcoming EP ‘Find Ourselves Again’. Recorded and mixed by Joe Anderson at Helvete Studios in Portland and mastered by Chris Baglivo at Jamtown Recording Studio in Philadelphia, the EP marks the band’s first fully studio-recorded project—and their most expansive and introspective to date.
With ‘Call It Quits’, vocalist and songwriter DeHart delivers a vulnerable, resonant performance that floats over gauzy textures and reverb-soaked guitar lines. “I know that sometimes it’s better to call it quits / I saw the opportunity to end it before you did,” she sings, offering a poetic reflection on heartbreak and the difficult clarity that sometimes comes with walking away.
