5. Rica Rica (Rica Rica, 2022)
“I love the effusive instrumental break that follows the chorus and then re-forms for an equally brazen bridge and outro. The production here feels large and confident, giving Rica Rica a stadium-ready energy that would benefit from live performances”

4. Girls (NATURE WORLD: CODE M, 2020)
“When I was listening to this in the background a couple of hours ago, “hot like chili, chili” literally jumped into my ears and it was the only thing I could recall. With that being said, I appreciate Nature’s efforts to tackle different musical directions till they find their own soft spot”
3. Oopsie (My Bad) (NATURE WORLD: CODE A, 2019)
“I don’t love it but I will say of these “shouty” songs it’s probably one of the best I’ve heard. I think the quirky instrumentation with all of the scattered, punchy beats is a good backing for the style and it’s not as abrasive as it could have been, except when it makes sense.”
2. I’m So Pretty (I’m So Pretty, 2019)
“I’ve been a fan of Nature since they dropped all those dance covers around the time of their debut so I’m forgiving in a few areas. All of their releases have been decent/likable, but there hasn’t been one that made me say, “Yep, this is what cements Nature in the industry.””

1. You’ll Be Mine (SOME&LOVE, 2018)
“The song’s stop-you-in-your-tracks, wtf energy doesn’t hit until its sledgehammer chorus. Up until that point, Mine is the kind of perky, sing-talk girl group fare that’s become ubiquitous in a post-Twice K-pop world. These overly familiar verses are tweaked a bit by a retro bassline that gives the track some groove.”
