Nick Moon shares new single ‘Setting Sun’ ahead of upcoming album
Los Angeles-based artist Nick Moon has released his new single ‘Setting Sun’, the first track to be revealed from his forthcoming album Who is the Bone Man.
Blending post-punk with danceable rhythms, the song pairs sharp social commentary with an energetic, groove-led sound. Built around driving percussion, surf-leaning guitar tones, and a bold vocal delivery, ‘Setting Sun’ explores themes of wealth disparity in the United States through a satirical lens.
Moon’s performance leans into character-driven storytelling, combining dry humour with a theatrical edge. The track also features standout guitar moments and a chant-ready chorus designed for live settings.
Written and performed by Moon, the single was produced by Anthony Rosales and Henry McKenzie. It continues his approach of merging playful absurdity with pointed observations on modern culture.
