Nu’est Songs Ranked
NU’EST (Korean: 뉴이스트; short for New Establish Style Tempo) was a South Korean boy band formed and managed by Pledis Entertainment. The group consisted of five members: JR, Aron, Baekho, Minhyun and Ren. They debuted on March 15, 2012, with the single titled “Face”. The group disbanded on March 15, 2022, after Aron, JR, and Ren left Pledis Entertainment upon the completion of their 10-year contract. To mark their seventh debut anniversary, the group donated funds to The Snail of Love in March 2019 to cover cochlear implant surgery and language rehabilitation therapy for children. The donation also helped fund music education programs to help people with developmental disabilities connect with the world through music. Here are all of Nu’est songs ranked.

8. Again, Spring (Again, Spring, 2022)
“It’s such a nice song that even a casual fan like me has rewatched it quite a lot. It’s a bit sad to see this departure that has quite an existence in my youth. Hope Nu’est and their fans will only stay abloom from now on.”
7. Inside Out (Romanticize, 2021)
” really like it. I understand that’s it’s a concept and execution of a song that’s been done before… but it’s already a song I’ve kept on repeat for a bit. Maybe I just haven’t heard enough songs like this to get sick of it just yet.”
6. Drive (Drive, 2020)
“Nu’est music is so pure, full of soul, and enhanced the deepest feelings. I’m captivated by Baekho’s vocals, he always sings with so much emotion in his buttery voice. And the MV really really tugs you at the heart. Jonghyun approaching them one by one, uniting them, them looking happy afterwards in personal scenes, and in between that we caught a glimpse of him smiling softly to the camera in the middle of the members having confetti rains, it’s all so meaningful and feels very personal. Wishing the MV is longer and we got more of the story but thank you so much Nu’est”

5. Firework (DRIVE, 2020)
“I really enjoyed the album, I thought it was so good. Back to me was an instant fave for me. I’m in Trouble really feels like the the safest choice which is a real pity cause I almost didn’t check out the rest of the album bc of that. When they sing “Feels like a firework” really hits you in good way.”
4. I’m In Trouble (DRIVE, 2020)
“Idk man, this song’s pretty good to me, especially the production. Thought I’ll have to agree on the verses which aren’t great. Thought the chorus and progression is very charming. My only gripe is the final chorus, I just wish it was bolder.”

3. Let’s Love (Let’s Love (with Spoonz), 2020)
“Baekho’s voice totally shines in this song. It sounds really sweet and lingering like a good love song does. The MV is beautiful, but the lyrics are just so nice and bring love and warm, what did we do to deserve this gift from the boys to LOVE.”
2. Love Me (DRIVE, 2020)
“I was relieved when I heard the teaser. I was worried that they would be given another Pledis “in house” song but I did not expect them to comeback with this type of song. True, it’s nothing out of this world but in the midst of kpop being all dark and moody, recycling the same old kpop tricks, this one feels amazing. It’s not overly cutesy, it’s not cute, it’s not childish or too playful. Just a fun upbeat song, amazing.”
1. Bet Bet (Happily Ever After, 2019)
“Not to be emotional, but I can’t help but think about how this song about ‘betting themselves for love’ is incredibly representative of Nu’est’s history of trying to become a hit boy group. They kept promoting, hoping that they will get more attention, and they almost disbanded, thus they appeared on Produce 101.”
