10. Dance into The Light / Interview Disc (1996)
“Dance into the light is nothing like any other Collins album. Much more diverse and uptempoed, much less ballads, lots of acoustic guitar, several songs are clearly influenced by the Beatles, others by Paul Simon or Peter Gabriel, etc. Undoubtedly Collins’s best, and a great album in general.”
9. Going Back (2010)
“Great album and Phils versions of ‘Papa Was A Rolling Stone ‘ ‘In My Lonely Room’ ‘Standing In The Shadow of Love’ are superb. Also I was pleasantly surprised with ‘Do I Love You’ and ‘Going Back’.. Pure treat to my ears and soul. “
8.Tarzan: The Broadway Musical (2006)
” Each character in the Tarzan story is represented with songs than suit them the most and complements the situations they are in. Most of the songs are funny, or touching, and so energetic you can feel around you the wind through the trees of the Jungle, hear the voices of the wild nature… For his first ever musical, Phil Collins made a fantastic Job and truly met my expectations, which were quite high after I simply LOVED the LITTLE MERMAID. Happily I found out my fears were for nothing – the TARZAN soundtrack is lovely, the songs are catchy yet with smart lyrics, and the whole album is pleasant to listen to from start to finish”
7. Dance Into The Light (1996)
” This is Phil’s most upbeat album since No Jacket Required. I really like the songs on this one. Some of them have an African theme like Lorenzo and The River So Wide. Just Another Story is a song about urban life. Wear My Hat is a funny song. It’s In Your Eyes is a pop love song. The real rock song on this album is Oughta Know By Know. The album booklet has the song lyrics, Phil’s message and new photos of him dancing during the new photos shoot.”

6. Testify (2002)
“Testify is one of his more simplistic albums, not just because Phil wrote some excellent songs, but because he really let his heart out beautifully. The songs came from his new life with his 3rd wife Orienne. The songs show beauty and simplicity at the soul. Each song is like a love letter to his past family from each track he wrote, as well as his cover hit, Can’t Stop Loving You.”
5. Both Sides (1993)
“The album is Phil’s personal favorite. He plays all the instruments himself. The songs are about love, loss, and protesting against terrorism and violence. The booklet comes with two fold out pictures of Phil and the lyrics. I would recommend this album to anyone who likes Phil Collins.”

4. Hello, I Must Be Going! (1982)
“Love every song on this CD. Best song to listen to if breaking up with someone is “I don’t care anymore.” I cranked it while my ex-boyfriend was moving his stuff out and it made me feel like I was doing the right thing. Phil’s words were exactly what I was feeling and his way of saying it and the music made me know that I was gonna be okay.”
3. …But Seriously (1989)
“This album is a really great follow up of what made Phil Collins such a brilliant and strong musician all of these years. But Seriously is absolutely worth checking out because Phil Collins really wore his heart on his sleeve so brilliantly. I have always love But Seriously since it did come out over 25 years ago, and this album really sounds better than ever fro die hard fans, and absolute newcomers to what made Phil Collins so remarkable after all this time.”
2. Face Value (1981)
“”Face Value” was the blueprint and still most consistent album Collins recorded. “In the Air Tonight” with its famous drum intro half-way through the song remains one of his finest while “I Missed Again” set the standard for the horn-section upbeat pop he became famous for many times later. Its easy to forget as well that Collins was a very talented drummer and contributes many of the instruments to this record. “
1. No Jacket Required (1985)
“”No Jacket Required” was a culmination of everything that was good about that eras pop-music. Everybody and I mean everybody, has at least one or two favorite Phil Collins songs. His music was something that Fathers and Sons were listening to as well as die-hard vintage Rock Fans (please see Genesis) and THIS album is full of the energy and a dynamic spirit, that was completely designed by a man who had earned that right (and Artistry level) after years and years of hard work. “
