REVIEW: SYNNX – ‘Atlas Of Heart’

After originally breaking through with their stunning debut single ‘Atlas Of Heart’ in June, emerging duo SYNNX have been making waves on the new music scene ever since. With a sound that blends a heady mix of dream-pop and prog-rock tendencies throughout, they have quickly established themselves as one of the more dynamic names on the rise right now. And with that buzz continuing to build, they are now cementing their legacy to date with their vibrant debut EP ‘Atlas Of Heart’, a collection brimming with more of that passionate flair they have cultivated so far.

Much like their initial offering, ‘Atlas Of Heart’ looks to pursue this wonderfully warm and wistful aesthetic. Coupling smooth and alluring instrumentation with some beautifully arranged vocals at every turn, this new six-track outing makes for a brilliantly serene listening experience from start to finish. Humbled and euphoric in equal measure, SYNNX’s first EP is certainly a bold and vibrant introduction to their immersive style of late.

Things may still be in their infancy for them right now, but ‘Atlas Of Heart’ certainly showcases some wildly progressive and adventurous ideas as it plays. Keeping the momentum and pace always moving forward, SYNNX are certainly a pair worth keeping a firm eye on for the months ahead as well.
