Rymdklubben share their grizzly new single ‘FISTFIGHT’

After originally breaking through with their much-loved self-titled debut EP in 2022, Swedish outfit Rymdklubben have now announced their plans for their debut studio album ‘Dissociative Guidance’, featuring the grizzly new single ‘FISTFIGHT’.

Adopting a wonderfully fresh and inventive aesthetic for their newest outing, ‘FISTFIGHT’ is a broad and groove-filled nod to the heyday of the post-punk sound. Completely instrumental and keeping a firm grasp on its pace and energy, this new one cements them as one of the more exciting and distinctive names doing the rounds right now.

Adding about their new LP, they said, “Almost entirely self produced, we chose a fusion of techno, post rock, krautrock, jungle and ambience to base this record on. Originally intended as a couple of singles, the drums to “FISTFIGHT” and “HVY” were recorded with our friend Jugglo at Studio Kepsylan. We then got lucky enough to come across our own studio space shortly after making drum production simple, which is how a full length came about. A special blend for the mind to disappear to.”
