SANDS returns with cinematic new single ‘So Real’
London-based psych-pop artist SANDS unveils ‘So Real’, a haunting new single that dives into surreal, shadowy terrain. Built on sweeping piano lines and noir-inspired textures, the track recalls the theatrical tension of David Bowie’s Berlin era and the brooding intimacy of Nick Cave.
‘So Real’ explores the moment where reality begins to slip, and where visions feel more honest than facts. Accompanying the release is a striking music video by Eddie Plex, blending soft-dark 1980s aesthetics, Helmut Newton-inspired visuals, and CGI to reflect the track’s dreamlike distortion.
Following his acclaimed 2023 album The World’s So Cruel, SANDS crafts yet another immersive, genre-blurring experience that lingers like a lucid dream.
