Signal Static unleash their powerful new single ‘Cancel Me’

Ever since they first broke through with their stunning debut album ‘Start Transmission’ in 2020, Canadian trio Signal Static have always looked to adopt a more intense approach to the alt-rock sound. Blending troupes of classic rock grooves with a more energetic flair throughout their tenure to date, their output has always maintained a strong and driven foundation in which to work from. And after briefly returning last year with their vibrant comeback single ‘Under The Skin’, they are back once again with their anthemic new offering ‘Cancel Me’.

Bringing back more of that powerful aesthetic they have always looked to conjure, ‘Cancel Me’ sees them break their year-long hiatus with one of their most euphoric efforts to date. Flipping back and forth between sprawling emotional moments and a more blistering pace throughout, their newest endeavour feels like a strong evolution within their musical journey to date. Taking what worked best with their earlier material and channelling it at every turn, Signal Static are keeping the flair and power very much alive within this new release.

It may have come after an extended time away from the scene, but ‘Cancel Me’ was certainly worth the wait, Brimming with this rich and passionate production throughout, they continue their ascent as one of the more exciting names on the rise right now.
