Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter. Her narrative songwriting, which often centers around her personal life, has received widespread critical plaudits and media coverage. Born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, Swift relocated to Nashville, Tennessee in 2004 to pursue a career in country music. Her 2006 eponymous debut studio album was the longest-charting album of the 2000s on the Billboard 200. Its third single, “Our Song”, made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number-one song on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Swift’s second studio album, Fearless (2008), expands on country-pop styles and won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year. Buoyed by the success of crossover singles “Love Story” and “You Belong with Me”, Fearless was certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America. Speak Now (2010), her third studio album, blends country-pop with a rock sensibility and spawned the top-10 singles “Mine” and “Back to December”. Here are all of Taylor Swift songs ranked.

20. White Horse (Fearless, 2008)
“This song sounds beautiful and the lyrics are absolutely fabulous. I like how this song is both sad and happy, and I think it’s very personal. Taylor Swift makes this awesome song come to life with her amazing voice. I really love this song, and it will long linger in the hearts of Taylor’s fans. I never get sick of White Horse. We LOVE you, Taylor Swift!”
19. Fearless (Fearless, 2008)
“This is definitely my favourite. I won’t say that it’s her best but it deserves to be in the top 10. The very first lines ‘There’s something bout the way / The street looks when it’s just rained’ bring in a lovely romantic atmosphere which can’t be put into words. And then ‘ And I don’t know why but with you I’d dance in the storm in my best dress FEARLESS’ is my favourite lyric of all time. I never get tired of this one.”
18. Our Song (Taylor Swift, 2006)
“I love this song I listen to it every time I have do you mind if I sing the song? No ok! Our song is the slamming screen door sneaking out late tapping on your window when your on the phone and you talk real slow cause its late and your mama don’t know our song is the way you laugh first date man I didn’t kiss her when I should have! People say Taylor swift is ugly and stupid and horrible at my school I don’t know what there thinking I LOVe her and I know that everyone says that but I’m the only one in my family who likes her and in my school except for miss Katie she likes her too but everyone in my school hates me just because the things I choose to like! Taylor swift is my everything!”
17. Shake It Off (1989, 2014)

16. Red (Red, 2012)
“Really this is very beautiful and the lyrics is well written and I wonder why Taylor haven’t made video music for this song! I think it should be much higher because it’s easy the best song from her latest album RED!”
15. Sparks Fly (Speak Now, 2010)
“This is an amazing song! It is so upbeat, but also emotional and innocent. It captures a beautiful scene, and Taylor’s lyrics are perfect. “Hit me with those green eyes,” “kiss me on the sidewalk, take away the pain,” and even the title line, “I see sparks fly whenever you smile,” are all spectacular lyrics, enhancing the catchy melodies that go with them. Speak Now is by far, over many factors, is Taylor Swift’s best album. I have to be honest, this song brings tears to my eyes. This is one of the songs that made me fall in love with Taylor’s songwriting skills. It is underrated though, and unrecommended in such a way that almost disappoints me. Speak Now undoubtedly displays Swift’s raw talent, considering the fact that she wrote it all herself. This is excellent.”
14. Style (1989, 2014)
“An emotionally charged and quite intense song, right down to the lyrics and story it entails for sure. I can personally identify with, and relate to it, as I have myself experienced an uncannily similar relationship situation in my own life first hand. Yes, this song did make me cry, but it was certainly a good cry though! And has given me hope in my life when I needed it most. Extremely thrilling in just about every way, Style is one of the best works of music I have ever heard! Taylor Swift, you are awesome! “
13. We are Never Ever Getting Back Together (Red, 2012)
“Best song ever I’ve heard on Taylor Swift. Really cool song. It teaches that she is never ever getting back to together with somebody that broke your heart. I am hearing this song right now on demand. I am going to listen on youtube. This song is better than mean and I knew you were trouble. Awesome song in 2013. When I hear this song it makes my sister and want to dance”
12. All Too Well (Red, 2012)
“It’s Taylor’s magnum opus. She was my favourite singer for a long time and one day, I was just scrolling through some of her songs and came across all too well. I wasn’t really in the mood to listen but still I did, and believe it or not, even though I never experienced what was there in the lyrics, it touched my heart and slided across my emotions and took my breath away and at last I was like, why hadn’t I heard it before. It’s my all time favourite song.”
11. 22 (Red, 2012)
“It always lifts me up no matter how bad I feel. Just listen to it… Its about having fun and taking chances.. Just living your life the way you’re supposed to.”
10. Haunted (Speak Now, 2010)
“The most beautiful song ever existed or ever created on this earth. And it will remain the best classical song till eternity. Exceptionally beautiful music and lyrics. For people who love both, slow beat or fast beat songs. This song deserves the number 1 position in the entire music list.”
9. Teardrops on My Guitar (Taylor Swift, 2006)
“This song is full of emotion. It confesses very strong feelings towards the person you love but know you can’t have. I believe that Taylor is very unique when expressing her feelings through her songs. She can really transmit a lot of feeling right into you when you listen to her. That is why she portrays such a beautiful song, like Teardrops On My Guitar, so passionately.”
8. Enchanted (Speak Now, 2010)
“I listen to it EVERY night and I never get tired of it. It’s so relatable to me, you know. I have this group of people that I’m so tired of, like so tired, but I just have to see them every day, even if I don’t want to. But one day a special person appeared between them (just like Taylor described it in her song), and I can’t stop thinking of him now. I think that many people have experienced something like this, and that’s why I appreciate this song so much.”
7. Mine (Speak Now, 2010)
“Taylor is amazing and I think this song should be higher not that I would degrade any of her songs. This song is so meaningful to many people and I still haven’t fell in love but I do believe in it. I hope when I do fall in love that I have a relationship like the one in this song because it sounds beautiful just like this perfect song. So that is why I believe it should be higher in the list.”

6. Mean (Speak Now, 2010)
“It’s a song for all the fans who joins taylor in her enchanted journey in life. Mean is not all about accepting your imperfections but also accepting the bright side of you as an individual. Taylor Swift speaks for all ages in the world and I think that Taylor can actually give us the message through her songs. *please like the comment if you’re a taylor swift fan and if you believe that life is never perfect but life is forever enchanted”
5. Back to December (Speak Now, 2010)
“Have you ever made a mistake and now you want to go back in time and change it so it is not ruining your life with him? Did someone like you but you didn’t like him/her back, but now you do and he/she doesn’t? Did you just realize what you had when he/she like you? Words can’t explain how beautiful this song is! Every time I listen to this song, it makes me cry and I never get tired of it. This song relates to one of my friends life. She liked him and he liked her. In a december dance, when the guy asked her out, she stupidly said no. Now that guy doesn’t like her anymore and doesn’t care about her, so he is dating my best friend. But I feel very bad for my other friend. This song is a definition of a lot of people’s life.”
4. Blank Space (1989, 2014)
“I love this song so much! It’s definitely one of my favorite songs and I think it has a good message. For those of you who don’t know this, this song actually started out as a joke because it’s not actually about love. It’s about what the media depicts her to be when she innocently dates a guy and write a song about him. This song is really good and I think it’s perfect for people to take different ways. Anyone can think of it differently. It’s good for players who don’t want to commit or people who think the media is too mean with people like Taylor.”
3. I Knew You Were Trouble (#swifty, 2015)
“Such a load of crap. I don’t understand why all my friends go gaga over her. The basic theme of majority of swift songs is heartbreak. Its always like some evil good looking jerk comes along her way, she falls in love with him and then he breaks her heart and then you know what happens. Her vocal quality is below average. Boys won’t stay with you if you treat them like shoes. There must be something wrong with her. No wonder she can’t hold on to a man for more than two months. Maybe one fine morning taylor will wake up and realise that she herself is TROUBLE.
2. Love Story (Love Story, 2009)
“The song is so amazing with beautiful lyrics! What a love story it is. I really convey my regards to Taylor Swift by clicking like to every single song of hers! All the best taylor may you come up with very beautiful songs in future!”
1. You Belong with Me (Fearless, 2009)
“This song is definitely one of my favorite T Swift jams! The music video for You Belong with Me is absolutely my favorite one of Taylor’s. I remember being a kid when the Fearless album was released, praying that Taylor would release this song as a single…and I also remember crying and cheering when it first hit the radio. This is such a timeless song, everyone can relate to the feeling of unrequited love.”
