The Bad Actors unleash wild-eyed funk-rock frenzy on debut EP opener ‘ACT YOUR AGE’

Sheffield’s most audacious duo The Bad Actors crash through the gates with ‘ACT YOUR AGE’, the riotous opener to their long-awaited debut EP. It’s the kind of track that throws caution (and genre) out the window, blending 70s funk chants, hip-hop swagger, and searing riffage into one gloriously chaotic statement of intent.

From the opening groove, it’s clear this isn’t your average funk-rock revival. Drawing from the likes of Living Colour, Sly and The Family Stone, and The Police, the track shifts gears with reckless joy; grooving, shouting, and full-throttle riffing before flipping the script entirely at the 3:11 mark with an unexpected left turn.

Already co-signed by Huey Morgan and fresh off a support run with the Fun Lovin’ Criminal himself, The Bad Actors are impossible to ignore.
