Tigercub ignite a new era with blistering single ‘I’m Breaking Out’ ahead of fourth album ‘Nets To Catch The Wind’
UK alt-rock power trio Tigercub roar into 2026 with the release of their explosive new single ‘I’m Breaking Out’, ushering in a bold chapter ahead of their highly anticipated fourth album Nets To Catch The Wind, out April 10 via Loosegroove Records.
One of the band’s most immediate tracks to date, ‘I’m Breaking Out’ burns with emotional urgency, twisting personal struggle into colossal riffs and sky-punching hooks. Frontman Jamie Hall describes it as “trying to read someone you love like unfamiliar water,” before ultimately surrendering to the impossibility of truly knowing another person. The result is a cathartic anthem that fuses brute rock power with lyrical depth.
The track arrives as excitement surges around Nets To Catch The Wind, recorded live in nine days at Rockfield Studios and produced by Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood, Ghost, Pixies). With contributions from Dom Craik (Nothing But Thieves) and Neil Fallon (Clutch), and creative support from Stone Gossard of Pearl Jam, the album captures Tigercub at their most expansive yet.
