TOY PARLOUR return with expansive new single ‘Lose It’

Emerging UK alt-pop outfit TOY PARLOUR share their latest single ‘Lose It’, a track that captures the tension between inner doubt and outward release. Written in fragments with hummed melodies recorded into phone memos during long walks or while cooking, ‘Lose It’ slowly formed into something much bigger: a song about helplessness that sounds anything but small.

Lyrically, ‘Lose It’ wrestles with self-doubt and disorientation, yet musically it swells with catharsis. Shimmering textures and wide-open hooks meet a driving rhythm that feels liberating, even euphoric; reflecting the contrast between how we feel on the inside versus what the world sees.

“It’s about that disconnect between your internal chaos and the brave face you show everyone else,” the band explains. “But also, you can still have a good bop to it down the front of a sweaty venue. So we’ll see you there.”
