trauma ray unleash their soaring new single ‘Bishop’

Having already made their mark with a string of impactful offerings over the last few years, US outfit trauma ray are back to their best once again with their soaring new single ‘Bishop’.

Lifted from their forthcoming debut album ‘Chameleon’, which is set to land on the 25th October via Dais, ‘Bishop’ makes for a dazzling return for them. Continuing to explore more of that broad and emotive shoegaze aesthetic they are known for, they return to us with one of their biggest and most anthemic efforts to date.

Adding about the new offering, the band’s Uri Avila said, “I grew up in a pretty religious setting. Sin, guilt, and penance have always been themes that have stuck with me since a very young age. The fear of hell and fire was instilled in me when I was in my most malleable state and the lyrics to this song tie to that period of my life.”
