VIDA return with their explosive new single ‘Jump In Whole’

After recently breaking their extended hiatus, Canadian post-hardcore powerhouse VIDA have returned with their dynamic new single ‘Jump In Whole’. Known for their emotive and explosive sound, the Guelph, Ontario-based quartet fuse hardcore, punk, metal, math, and indie-rock into a genre-defying sonic experience.

‘Jump In Whole’ is an energetic and bombastic love song that delves into the paradox of navigating relational challenges within the complexities of modern Western existence. With aggressive, dissonant guitar work, a pummeling rhythm section, and a frontman who seamlessly transitions between crooning and wailing, VIDA delivers a track that is both raw and poignant.
