3. Back Story, 2012
“The album is not fancy. Mostly micro-house type songs, but still good ones. I liked it and if you like house, you will too. This album mainly consists of nu-disco, funk house, and almost French house in places.”
2. 10 Ways to Steal Home Plate, 2016
“The only track on here remotely close to anything he’s done before is Up In Smoke, with pretty good vocals and a great instrumental. Definite highlight of the album for sure. One of the all time greats for sure.”
1. Weekend In America, 2011
“Wolfgang Gartner is kind of hit or miss in my opinion. I bought this album because I really enjoyed “Illmerica” and “The Champ”, and was pleasantly surprised by “Get ‘Em”. Those were the real stand outs. Other times, tracks feel more like noise experiments that don’t really go anywhere (“Space Junk” comes right to mind). They’re interesting but not really fun or exciting to listen to. All in all a decent album.”
