AB6IX (Korean: 에이비식스; RR: Eibisikseu; pronounced as A-B-Six) is a South Korean boy band formed by Brand New Music. The group currently consists of four members: Jeon Woong, Kim Dong-hyun, Park Woo-jin and Lee Dae-hwi. Former leader Lim Young-min’s departure from the group was announced on June 8, 2020. The group debuted on May 22, 2019, with their first EP titled B: Complete. n September 19, 2019, AB6IX was officially appointed as the newest ambassador for Korea Scout Association. On February 20, 2020, AB6IX was appointed as public relations ambassador for Youth Cyber Violence Prevention Education Program by Samsung Group, Green Tree Foundation and Social Welfare Community Chest. 10. Savior (A to B, 2022)

“It’s like two very good songs were mashed together. One melodic, lush and emotional, the other a very tight brooding dance groove. This is where a remixer might make the song a lot better than its parts. There are a lot of Frankensongs this year.”

“I like it! It’s sitting somewhere between three and four stars – it might be a little too mid-tempo for me to love it, but it’s still enjoyable. That said, I REALLY like the MV (performance video?) – it’s like the universe heard my complaints about the “skinz” MV and put this together to show what an enjoyable, low-budget MV can look like.”

“AB6IX continue to be one of the most underwhealming groups for me. Even when they tackle genres I should like it’s always so bland and hookless. Honestly for all the criticism Drunk-Dazed deserves, I’ll take the vocal production with that banger of a chorus over anything AB6IX as ever released, album tracks included.”

“This is the song that I came out I’m enjoying the ost. I agree it could be tighter in some ways, but I like the offhand casual-ness in contrast to the more tight and orchestral moments.”

“For this song, one’s enjoyment relies heavily on the drop. So this leads to a love it hate it scenario. Here I thought the production was very solid and the performances really sold the track for me.”

“Listening to it more, the song has grown on me. It’s not Ab6ix’s strongest killer, sure, but the song is pleasant and easy-going. Maybe my standards for a good summer song have fallen.”

“Blind For Love’s verses are less memorable, but they’re kept aloft by a percolating energy that gives that track a fashionable allure. Woojin’s second-verse rap is especially effective, supported by a brisk instrumental that generates momentum just when the track needs it.”

“I love the groove the first part of the chorus has and I wish they had structured the entire rest of the song around it better. The specific sound it has only lasts a few seconds before moving on to something less engaging. It’s still not particularly original but it would’ve been enough to carry a whole song for me if every second of the track was embued with the same energy, I guess.”
