Checkmate is a South Korean kpop co-ed group under the label Grace Company. The group debuted on September 21, 2020 with the single Drum. The group disbanded in December 2021 after a little over a year together. Checkmate is composed of five members born between 1993 and 1998. There are 2 female members and 3 male members. The five members of Checkmate are: Maeng Sieun, Kang Suri, Nason, Yongseok, and Noah. CHECKMATE has disbanded following the end of their “YOU” promotions.
