10. Magic Man
“The opening song Magic Man is no doubt a classic. Good guitar, but again, its those vocals of Ann Wilson and the cool drum beat that makes this song. It is a good enough song to where it compliments the long guitar “solo.”
9. Crazy on You
“There is a good amount of guitar variation as heard with track 3, “Crazy on You” which combines multiple guitar tracks, some acoustic, and some electric. There is almost a latin feel to one of the background guitar tracks, which is cool. And again, those vocals. Those vocals are so sexy.”
8. Dreamboat Annie
“The actual Dreamboat Annie track, track 5 (there are three different songs here called Dreamboat Annie) meshes harmony with percussion to make for an overly pretty song. But this is also another that has a great drum beat.”

7. (Love Me Like Music) I’ll Be Your Song
“Love Me Like Music is another really pretty song. Slow and full of harmonies which take full advantage of Ann Wilson’s voice, the drums come in about half way to make for a pretty good song that still isn’t as memorable as the first five tracks.”
6. How Deep It Goes
“This is a song which came as a surprise after the previous two and brings Heart back to greatness. Really a standout track on the album. One of my favorite.”
5. Dreamboat Annie (Reprise)
“Ends on a slow ballad Dreamboat Annie (Reprise) which has good drums but leaves the guitars behind for the most part. This is when you realize that indeed the guitars play a big part in the band. Each time the guitar comes in and gives a little lick, it puts a serious warmth on the song.”

4. Sing Child
“Sing Child is an staple of the album. Funky and tight like the earlier tracks, this one has a cool grooving drum and bass part for the guitar to rock out to and the voice to gloss over beautifully. Also, there is a really interesting solo partway through which brings me back to talking about their progressive elements. I believe it is a flute, though I could be a mistaken, which has a very cool and unexpected solo spot toward the middle of the song.”
3. White Lightning & Wine
“White Lighting & Wine may be the most predictable on here, not too much of a shock halfway through, and not too different from some of the tracks before it. Not bad, but not particularly standout.”
2. Soul of the Sea
“Soul of the Sea reminds me a bit of a Led Zeppelin song, kind of the same sort of melodic structure. One of the more haunting songs on the album. Also quite good.”
1. Dreamboat Annie (Fantasy Child)
“The title track “Dreamboat Annie” (track 2,) confirms that the vocals of Ann Wilson really are special. An overly simplistic song instrumentally, the vocals make the song.”
