Drenched return with the explosive new single ‘Daisystompers’

Following the rousing response to their much-loved debut album ‘Infinite Resource’ last year, Australia’s Drenched are now back once again to unleash their explosive new single ‘Daisystompers’.

Bringing back more of that raw and driven alt-rock aesthetic they are known for, ‘Daisystompers’ makes for a dazzling return to form throughout. With its thunderous energy and killer hooks from start to finish, they are returning to the fold with a truly anthemic offering here.

Adding about the new track, they said, “Daisystompers chronicles a conflict we had with some drunk punters at a show. They started off friendly, but got more and more rowdy, until they decided that they liked our merch enough to try and steal it. They got abusive, so we got them kicked out of the venue. The song explores the anger and frustration at having to deal with a situation like this, but also finds the humour in the situation, expressed through an almost jarringly pretty chorus juxtaposing the heavy hitting verses.”
