Eastblood drop new single ‘Away’ ahead of debut album
Eastblood, a new four-piece metal outfit featuring members of Jasta and Generation Kill, have released their latest single ‘Away’, continuing to build momentum ahead of their debut album Burn What’s Left, due later this year.
Blending elements of thrash, hardcore, and punk, the track delivers a direct and uncompromising sound. ‘Away’ combines heavy, driving verses with a more melodic chorus, offering a balance between aggression and hook-led songwriting. A standout guitar lead and high-impact finish add to the track’s intensity.
The release follows their debut track ‘Grift Witch’, which introduced the band’s fast-paced, no-frills approach. Eastblood’s sound is rooted in raw energy, favouring speed and power over polish.
Formed by experienced players from across the heavy music scene, the band are set to support the album with live shows across the US East Coast and beyond.
