9. Piece of My Heart (Piece of My Heart, 1996)
“This song is pretty unique. It’s not uncommon for songs get an official cover but it’s rare for song covers to completely switch genres. Faith did one hell of a great job with this cover of a Janis Joplin song. I like both Faith and Janis Joplin’s music.”
8. Wild One (Take Me as I Am, 1993)
“This is probably the best country album ever made. Every song reminds me of being a kid in the back seat while my mom was jamming this. Wish she was still here so we could jam out.”

7. Cry (Cry, 2002)
“One of the most beautifully sung songs ever… by the talented gracious Faith Hill. She sings with such emotion and the lyrics are so much deeper now that I am older. You can hear her pain.”
6. Mississippi Girl (Fireflies, 2005)
“I would say anyone who is into country music at least somewhat would recognize her name. Faith isn’t by any means a small figure in country music. One of the most influential women in country.”
5. There You’ll Be (Pearl Harbor, 2001)
“Somehow I think that this is a song that can refer to anyone that you’ve lost. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a lover, although it could be, I think it could be about a family member or a friend or whatever. Whoever it’s about, it is a very touching song that definitely tugs at the heartstrings. It shows that even though the person concerned is gone, they will never be forgotten and they will always be remembered due to the impact they had upon the singer.”

“The Way You Love Me” is a whimsical, fun uptempo pop love song. You can’t help but sing along, it’s infectious! The song was another big hit for her, which is no surprise. On this CD single you get the pop remix of “The Way You Love Me”, which is slightly different from the album version.”

And you realize, this is a great song.”
