“For me, Hard at Play ranks as the best HL&N album. While there are no stand-out songs or obvious smash hits on the disc, the quality of the material is consistently very strong with (as you would expect) exemplary musicianship throughout. It’s a great shame that more people didn’t get to hear this”

“Another great album by Huey Lewis and the News! Very similar in style to their multi-million selling SPORTS. This album wasn’t as popular, but was just as good! Time Ain’t Money should have been a huge hit, it’s a really good song that just didn’t get pushed like it should have!!!”
