INOHA wrestle with pressure and nihilism on ‘Everything is Nothing’

Indie rock outfit INOHA confront feelings of helplessness and self-destructive behaviour on their new single ‘Everything is Nothing’, turning mounting pressure into a powerful nihilistic anthem.

Built around the band’s intricate guitar work, driving rhythm section and impassioned vocals, the track explores what can happen when life’s demands become overwhelming. But rather than presenting unhealthy habits simply as acts of recklessness, ‘Everything is Nothing’ considers how they can emerge from the feeling that circumstances have moved beyond your control.

The band comprises Keanu Bicol, Ricky Juarez, Christian Young (ImTrying) and Gavin Gonzalez, whose different musical backgrounds have gradually shaped a sound centred on expressive guitars, sturdy basslines, energetic drums and emotionally direct songwriting.

With this new offering, INOHA lean further into that combination of melody and intensity, capturing the bleak moment when mounting expectations turn into apathy and everything begins to feel increasingly meaningless.
