Midland is an American country music group formed in 2016 in Dripping Springs, Texas. The band members are Mark Wystrach (lead vocals, guitar), Jess Carson (guitar, vocals), and Cameron Duddy (bass guitar, vocals). Through Big Machine Records, the band has released a self-titled EP and two studio albums, On the Rocks and Let It Roll, which has accounted for four charted singles on the Billboard country chart: “Drinkin’ Problem”, “Make a Little”, “Burn Out”, and “Mr. Lonely”. “They have the real country style and sound, and not the current modern country that in my opinion isn’t country at all. Some of the songs remind me of George Strait and some the Eagles. I also like the variety of style of their songs; they don’t all sound alike.”
