milkshed. showcase debut EP ‘Mud’ with the breezy new single ‘Fairweather Friend’

After the rousing response to their much-loved offerings ‘Apex Predator’, ‘Burning Bridges’ and ‘Mud’ in recent months, fast-rising UK outfit milkshed. now look to showcase their eagerly-awaited debut EP with its breezy opening single ‘Fairweather Friend’.

Lifted from their newly released debut collection ‘Mud’, which is available to stream now, ‘Fairweather Friend’ continues more of that raw and explosive aesthetic they have been building for themselves. Brimming with broad and driven riffs from start to finish, they continue their ascent as one of the more exciting names on the rise right now.

Adding about the new track, the band’s Cam Gallaher said, “Fairweather friend is about shedding the unnecessary weight that we gather in relationships as we get older; you realise that some friendships only exist because of happenstance, and when it really comes down to it, they don’t have the glue that’s needed to remain intact.”
