Noiseheads embrace dark allure on new single ‘Something About You’
Noiseheads return with ‘Something About You’, a dark, slow-burning single that dives deep into magnetic tension and hypnotic unease. Channelling the brooding energy of Queens of the Stone Age, Nine Inch Nails, and Filter, the track fuses industrial fuzz with heavy, distorted dynamics, all performed using only guitar, bass, drums, and voice.
Minimalist verses build a sense of eerie intimacy before erupting into an explosive, cathartic chorus. The lyrics are sparse but potent, exploring the push-pull of being drawn to someone you can’t quite understand.
Following their 2025 success with ‘Hey’, which climbed into SubModern’s Top 25 and NACC’s Top 10, ‘Something About You’ finds Noiseheads leaning further into their darker, more hypnotic side, evolving while staying true to their raw rock roots.
