Parts & Labor return with monumental new album and unleash ferocious single ‘Seamripper’

After more than a decade away, Brooklyn noise-punk trailblazers Parts & Labor have announced their long-awaited return with Set Of All Sets, a sprawling new double album arriving on July 10 via Ernest Jenning Record Co. Alongside the announcement, the band have unveiled the explosive new single ‘Seamripper’, offering another glimpse into their most ambitious work to date.

Clocking in at nearly eighty minutes, Set Of All Sets sees the group pushing their sound further than ever before. Expansive melodies collide with distorted electronics, relentless percussion and towering walls of noise, creating a record that feels simultaneously chaotic, euphoric and strangely hopeful.

For this new chapter, founding members Dan Friel and BJ Warshaw are joined by drummers Christopher Weingarten and Joe Wong, creating a powerful dual-drum setup that injects the material with remarkable energy and intensity. The result is a larger-than-life sound that draws from experimental rock, underground punk, motorik rhythms and avant-garde improvisation while remaining rooted in the band’s signature melodic instincts.
