10. These Boots
“The first time I saw Eric Chuch play you couldn’t cram another person in the bar and there were charter busses liningh the parking lot of the bar I work in. I had no idea who he was just a song or two and that he was semi-local.”
9. The Hard Way
“Having first heard of Eric Church from his Bruce Springsteen tribute on the Chief album I wasn’t sure what to expect. This album is even better than Chief and I have played this cd so much – all I can say is if you like country/rock – buy this cd and also Carolina (his first album) you won’t be disappointed!”
8. How ‘Bout You
“I don’t think there is one song I don’t like on this album. I usually hate it when people on here say that every song is great and love them all, but that’s the case for me here. “

7. Can’t Take It with You
“I’ve yet to find an Eric Church song that I dislike. His songs are diverse enough that I never get sick of them, and I’ve been listening for four months. I also love how he nicely inserts aspects of Christianity into his lyrics.”
6. Two Pink Lines
“hurch belongs to this category of singers whose voices are immediately recognizable, but with a special texture and a little something that sets him apart. Moreover, the pieces are perfectly constructed and very rich like the superb “before she does” (co-written with Trent Willmon).”
5. Sinners Like Me
“Country music is supposed to be the music of the blue collar worker, the anthem of everyday people, and that’s exactly how Eric Church sings it”

4. Guys Like Me
“Church excels in storytelling and covering topics at real people can relate to, and not just “she left me” type of tune thats been rehashed for 12 tracks. Search for the lyrics to these songs and you will quickly see. “
3. Livin’ Part of Life
“Guys….this is a must have. I got hooked on one of his songs and came looking for more. There is not a bad somg on this album. Lots of fun Gary Allen like songs, with a hint or two of George Strait and Randy Travis mixed together.”
2. Lightning
“This whole album shows all the hard work Church has put in and it paid! When the last track is the best you know the album is memorable! “Livin’ Part of Life” is a song about escaping to get a natural high. “
1. Pledge Allegiance to the Hag
“Sinners Like Me has some great story telling songs. One that never made it to radio was Lightening, which is about a man waiting to die in the electric chair. It is particularly powerful, though I enjoyed all of the songs.”
