Hey Gorgeous blurs the line between indie-rock and club culture on ‘Rocker on a Club Run’
Montreal artist Hey Gorgeous returns with vibrant new single ‘Rocker on a Club Run’, a colourful and chaotic collision of indie rock swagger and late-night dancefloor energy that offers another exciting glimpse into the upcoming debut album International Breakthroughs.
Led by multidisciplinary creative Peet Massé, the track combines driving rock instrumentation with pulsing electronic rhythms and bright synth textures, creating a euphoric anthem built equally for sweaty clubs and indie venues. Packed with restless energy and playful experimentation, the release captures the artist’s growing confidence in tearing down genre boundaries.
Accompanying the single is a striking music video following a fictionalised version of Massé through a whirlwind night across Montreal’s bars, galleries and clubs. The visual explores the tension between rock and house music culture while searching for a space where both identities can coexist.
After several years of standalone releases and artistic development, including completing a master’s degree in the arts, Massé is now preparing for the long-awaited arrival of International Breakthroughs in 2026.
