20. Given Up (Minutes To Midnight, 2007)

“This song is by far one of the best and really deserves to be in the top 10. Chester’s vocals are astounding and the scream he produces is the best and cleanest I have heard. I absolutely love this song and could listen to it all day. Minutes to Midnight is one of the best albums Linkin Park have made and people think I am weird because when I hear this song playing, I jump up and turn the song up as loud as I can without giving myself a headache.”

19. Bleed It Out (Minutes To Midnight, 2007)

“I can’t believe that this awesome song is so far down in this list! I mean first of all it has the best riffing out of all LP-songs, a brilliantly rapping Mike Shinoda and Chester screaming at the top of his lungs. If you’ve ever experienced this song live you’ll also learn to appreciate its diversity and the energy the band puts in this particular piece of plain rock-art.”

18. From the Inside (Meteora, 2003)

“This is Linkin Park’s best song because it shows off every single one of their elements… The scratching the guitars, drums, bass, and the vocal play between chester and mike… Great lyrics too! This should be #1 Chester’s screams are epic as hell too, and a well-constructed song.”

17. Lying from You (Meteora, 2003)

“I remember listening to this when I was a kid. I had a cd player with crap headphones and kinda just overlooked this song even though I still like it. When I finally listened to it through decent headphones and cranked, I felt like I heard it for the first time. From then on it was my favorite LP song. That base hit in the intro really was doing it for me, and when hearing it loud, you really feel the anger in the lyrics”

16. Iridescent (A Thousand Suns, 2010)

“Beautiful. As if you’re walking through a portal, picking and choosing the most horrific, terrible, crushing points in your life and tossing them into the wind, to forever be forgotten. You have to put things behind you in order to push on. Iridescent. ‘displaying a play of lustrous colors like those of the rainbow’ Like a rainbow, we all have our colors, per say. I like to think of this song as a way of telling some one, “You are colorful. You are worth it. Brush yourself off, get up, and make something great with what you’ve got.”

15. The Catalyst (A Thousand Suns, 2010)

“In my opinion this is THE best linkin park song I listened to lots of linkin park song and this is MY favorite, but what I find pathetic of this list and others people keep saying this is the best and be rude to people that don’t agree with them to everyone a song will always be “the best” but that’s your opinion and if your true linkin park fans don’t be rude. I hope people will look at the message and start acting better. some people just disgrace the group by showing how their fans act, truly sad.”

14. A Place for My Head ( Hybrid Theory, 2000)

“If there’s one LP song that I think should be moved WAY up the list, it’s this one without a doubt. I think it’s one of the most overlooked LP songs. The guitar and drum go perfectly together and makes the instrumental altogether sound so fierce and gives off an almost angry feel. The vocals/lyrics go great with that instrumental and the meaning of the song is pretty simple. Chester’s whispers buiding up til’ his screams are just amazing. They’re not insanely heavy so it’s good for someone just getting into the old LP style or anyother screamo to start out with. So amazing song that should be moved WAY up. Not to mention the live performances!”

13. Lost in the Echo (Living Things, 2012)

“Linkin Park is coming back. I think this album is a mixture of all previous styles. I like there new style. Personally I like the LP rap songs more because it’s a mixture of rap n rock!. Just like Mike said in Step Up. This one particularly has 3 excellent rap parts so it has to be my favorite!”

12. Leave Out All the Rest (Minutes To Midnight, 2007)

“Best song that I have ever heard. Its like go on listening again and again. It should be in top 5 and not at the bottom. Does not deserve at the bottom 12. Very disappointing thing. Please listen the sample and then vote. Very touching song. Reaches deep into your heart. It is better than numb mind it.”

11. Waiting for the End (A Thousand Suns, 2010)

“Brilliantly paced, awesome tune, Chester hits amazingly high notes, it has a lot of quality in it and this should have a place in the top 5 in my opinion. I think What I’ve Done should be 3, this should be at 4 and Faint at 5. Breaking the Habit should be at 6 and New Divide is not that catchy so it should be at 7 only. The rest of the list is great. Iridescent should be at least at 15. I never came to like Catalyst that much. To all those who think this is overrated, after you get bored by other songs, give it multiple listens. Listen to the layers this song keeps adding on, closely. It’s perfectly paced, just like In Pieces. Yes, this is not as hard as other songs on this list, but it really takes you to a new dimension. Well, this was my honest opinion. I respect all your opinions so I don’t really care which song is on top. But one thing’s for sure – I really love Linkin Park’s songs!”

10. Somewhere I Belong (Meteora, 2003)

“Incredible. The Melody, while melodic at points, Usually sticks to Lots of Sadness & Melancholy, However Contains Very Hopeful & Inspiring Lyrics. Very Strong Vocal Points, whether it be the meaningful and catchy raps of rapper & multi instrumentalist mike shinoda to The Emotional High Pitched Angelic Vocals & Devilish Screams of Singer Chester Bennington, This Song has it All. Let’s Not Forget The Kickass Crunchy Guitar Riff That Plays a Huge Part in the Song, As Well As The Sweep Echoey Effect Samples from turntabilist Joe Hahn. In All Around Staple From Linkin Park That Shows Every Sound From the Band in One Song, The Masterpiece that Is, Somewhere I Belong.”

9. Papercut (Hybrid Theory, 2000)

“The instrumental is kinda creepy (in a good way definitely), Mike’s rapping is great and Chester’s singing is awesome. I also like how in the live versions Chester has the screams added in. This is my number 1 favorite Linkin Park song.”

8. One Step Closer (Hybrid Theory, 2000)

“The reason this song is down here at (currently) #12 is that Linkin Park have drastically changed their style since Hybrid Theory. Some call it an evolution, but no matter what you call it, there is no denying LP fans are different now than they were back then. These “new fans” are not into heavy music with screaming, they are into more electronic sounds, and thus, this song is left in the past.”

7. Crawling (Hybrid Theory, 2000)

“This song definitely deserves to be in the top ten. It’s disgusting to see some many people vote in mainstream songs that aren’t even that good. The only okay new song Linkin Park has produced is the Catalyst. Your telling me that Waiting for the End, In the End, and New Divide are better than Crawling, One Step Closer, and Bleed It Out. Mainstream fans think there so cool listening to bad Linkin Park songs. Meanwhile the band just keeps making more mainstream songs. It really is a shame because they probably had a few more good songs in them. But I guess they’ll settle for money.”

6. New Divide (Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen – The Album, 2009)

“So awesome.. The best I ever heard, This is my favorite LP song, the instrumental and the vocals are at Linkin Park’s best, this is the best song of all time. If I had to pick a best of all times song I’d pick this one, It just can’t be better. I FELL IN LOVE WITH NEW DIVIDE! Chester had a very beautiful voice, the effects and the instrumental is blowing, LP You’re the best! Absolutely amazing song. The lyrics, the instrumentals, the feel of the song combines to produce an amazing texture. Even from the start of the song I was hooked. What a song it rocks love new divide”

5. Faint (Meteora, 2003)

“Good song. Just that the chores it’s a little pitchy and doesn’t fit in with the music. Although I do LOVE the beginning of the song. That one fits in with the music. Bring on Faint to the number 1 song.P.S. make more songs you guys are one of my favorite singers followed by David guetta and maroon 5 sorry your not the the first and no you can’t listen to it loud it will blow off your ears.”

4. Breaking the Habit (Meteora, 2003)

“This is one of my all-time favorite songs… Love this song, love this band… The music is very empowering. It has been so many years since this song came out, never got bored with it. This has some of the deepest lyrics. This isn’t just one of the best Linkin Park songs, it’s also the best song period. It haunts me every time I hear it.”

3. What I’ve Done (Minutes To Midnight, 2007)

“This is my absolute favorite song. I really love Numb and Breaking the Habit, but What I’ve Done is just a bit above the other awesome songs. The song starts off with a series of simple piano notes that somehow pull you in. The layering that follows is some great work in composition. The guitar riff sort of mimics the piano notes. This all fades away for some really powerful lyrics. What I’ve Done replaces the rawness of Numb and adds subtlety and smoothness. I just wish the song was longer.”

2. In the End (Reanimation, 2002)

“I love this song. The lyrics are awesome and have a great meaning. My next favorite song would be “Numb” but this is the one I have listened to since it came out and will always be my favorite. I love Linkin Park so much I even bought the songs from iTunes to support them and give them money instead of ripping them off. Linkin Park forever!”

1. Numb (Meteora, 2003)

It’s the best LP song till date… Hardly any song can even stand up to compete, well, may be none except New Divide. But one reason this song deserves what it has got is that it really signifies reality… It also happens to speak out my story, or rather I would say everyone’s story… How we have to stand up to everyone’s expectations at the cost of burying deep in dead our own heart, doing what others want and ending up losing ourselves. And becoming Numb after failing to please those around us. Perfect music, flawless lyrics and Chester’s amazing voice sum up to make this song one of best songs of all time. Just the song for any moment!”
