4. Roll With Me

“The latest, most reflective, mature album of one of the finest singers of the past two decades. It is hard to pick out the best number in a collection as fine as this, but my top three songs are ‘Sweet Nothing’, ‘Kick it’, and ‘Can’t let go’. This album is part rock, part country, part jazz. As she sings her last song, ‘Real Love’.”

3. Pocketful Of Sunshine

“This album is, indeed, a “Pocketful of Sunshine”…not all people, or relationships, are bad. Not all “questions” are “problems”, and not all problems lead to drugs, depression, or suicide. Natasha comes from a gospel background, and it shows thru; even when there’s a difficulty, there’s hope. If you want gloom, doom, and dirty lyrics, stop now.”

2. Strip Me

“Apart from the fact that I love Ms. Bedingfield, this is a really good album. Personally, the lyrical content of her work is beyond the norm. It’s very worldly and from the heart without losing relevance and she has stayed true to that with Strip Me. For those of us who are familiar with her work you might notice a she takes more risks in this album in terms of vocals. For those who are not familiar with her work, this is a refreshing change of pace from the norm of mainstream pop.”

1. Unwritten

“This album reminds me a lot of Imogen Heap’s solo work, for some unknown reason. It’s quite a fresh mix of sounds and ideas. The album is a bit boring in places, though she is immensely more talented than her annoying brother, Daniel. Her voice is very nice indeed and the album has great songs including the last song “Wild Horses” (not a cover) which is just oozes emotion and the most emotive thing I’ve heard since Tori Amos’ “Northern Lad” What a good effort.”
