12. Swing (Dangerous Man, 2006)

“It’s about a guy talking about 2 different guys going up to a girl trying to chat her up, and he’s using baseball as a metaphor. They all “strike out”. Then Trace comes along, and hits the “home run”.”

11. Watered Down (Something’s Going On, 2017)

“Love this song. It matches my life and my mood. He’s been through the ropes so I can respect someone who knows how to sing about it. For country music lovers of a more refined taste and slightly aged era, this is your song!”

10. Mind on Fishin’ (Ain’t That Kind of Cowboy, 2020)

“I bought all of his new songs out there. I enjoy all of them while I exercise. I love the humor and play on words, but I have always loved his rich, deep voice. One of my favorite artists.”

9. I’m Tryin’ (Chrome, 2001)

“Great song with good message — and Trace is always good at songs with a story. Really great way to express how we learn importance as we go forward in our lives.”

8. No Thinkin’ Thing (Dreamin’ Out Loud, 1996)

“I love this song!!! Actually, I have never NOT liked any song by Trace Adkins, but this one is tops!! I think it describes the love and passion between two people, even when some people may not think the relationship will survive. No one can sing a song like this like Trace can, and I cannot recommend it high enough!!”

7. Jesus and Jones (Something’s Going On, 2017)

“Love Trace & really enjoyed this song.It gives a feeling of getting a look into Trace’s battle between goodness & demons he fights within himself.. Love his new stuff…sexy and sentimental all at the same time.”

6. Still a Soldier (Something’s Going On, 2017)

” When I heard this song it choked me up. This is such a true and beautiful song. Once a soldier always a soldier, this song will definitely hit you in the heart.”

5. Just Fishin’ (Proud to Be Here, 2011)

“This is a fantastic song by one of my favourite artists but I love it so much, not because the artist per say but because of the truthfulness of the song. I have great memories of me and my dad going fishing and hanging out and doing basically like this song is singing about doing and looking back I have such fond memories of being with my father. So every time I hear this song, I turn it up and listen to it, then call my dad to tell him about something I remembered while listening to this song.”

4. Ladies Love Country Boys (Dangerous Man, 2006)

“We Love this song and many more by Trace Adkins. His voice comes from deep inside that built body. Just listen to it and you will fall in Love with his voice and that will lead you to the rest of his Great Songs! Go see him in person, what a Wonderful performer!”

3. You’re Gonna Miss This (American Man: Greatest Hits Volume II, 2007)

“Besides that beautiful low voice the songs words mean so much. No truer words can be spoken. Life goes by too quickly and every little thing you think “drives you crazy” or you can’t wait for the next step…. only leaves a memory that makes you say how bad you miss how it used to be.”

2. Honky Tonk Badonkadonk (Songs About Me, 2005)

“Trace Adkins had a unique deep voice and you just love to hear him sing! The kids enjoy the catch tune and they like to get up and dance around when it is on. So that is exercise and that is better than them just sitting on the sofa watching television.”

1. Every Light in the House (Dreamin’ Out Loud, 1996)

“Trace Adkins is what makes country music special to so many of us. His heartfelt lyrics just take you away from the problems of life. This song is masterful and meaningful….and don’t we all want a man who loves us enough to Leave Every Light in the House on….”
