These movements are excellent not only for sexual fitness and health but also for overall female wellness and strength – squats are essential for pelvic health! So why not throw on this track, drop into a squat and learn to RIDE IT! As sex educators, we passionately support this song and all the movements it inspires!”

7. I Bet (Jackie, 2015)

“One of the most emotional Ciara songs EVER! Hands down, this is the break up jam that would’ve gotten more attention, had she been more open about “what really happened.”. As always, the ever private Ciara chose the high road and only recorded one song on “what really happened” and this song will always remain as one of her best songs to date.”

5. Like a Boy (Ciara: The Evolution, 2006)

“I’ve been kind of out of it, as far as music goes, for quite a while now, so the first I heard this was when it popped up on my Pandora play list a few weeks back. I’m astonished at how lovely this song is: Ciara has a siren voice reminiscent of heavy-hitters like Beyonce, and the music is really gorgeous. Seriously, is that a violin I hear playing? Because, if so, that’s awesome – I’ve really lamented that so many popular groups refuse to have more than the “meat and potatoes” instruments. I really love the lyrics, too, as Ciara thinks how much easier life would be for her if she could act childish and churlishly like her “boy” is acting, but she just can’t manage to do so.”

4. Promise (Ciara: The Evolution, 2006)

“Ciara does not have the greatest voice but those of who know better can say she can really dance. This slow song rings of the vocal stylings and musicianship of Prince and the singers of the 80s. She has a soft soprano voice which is rather weak but it works for the purpose of this song. It is easy to sing along to and is very sultry. The lyrics speak to her looking for a man she can give her all to and who will be her one and only man.”

“It’s a very good song. She work hard at what she does. Ciara put a lot of energy into this song. It has a good beat. You can sing and dance to this.”
