D.O.G.S come out swinging with ferocious debut single ‘Feed’

Cardiff newcomers D.O.G.S waste absolutely no time making themselves heard on debut single ‘Feed’, a filthy, ferocious introduction to one of the city’s newest alternative rock prospects.

Formed in late 2025, the band channel the sheer physical force of early-’90s grunge through the urgency of contemporary UK guitar music. ‘Feed’ arrives as a dense wall of distorted guitars, driving drums and cutting vocals, with industrial textures and explosive dynamics making everything feel suitably enormous.

The influence of Nirvana, Pixies, Radiohead, Pearl Jam and Alice in Chains runs through their sound, while D.O.G.S also share some of the restless modern energy associated with Wunderhorse, KEO and Bleech 9:3.

With a sold-out headline appearance at Cardiff’s Clwb Ifor Bach already behind them, D.O.G.S have arrived loudly. ‘Feed’ suggests they’re only going to get louder.
